Come gather to create intentional space for yourself as we honor the seeds you’re planting and walk away revitalized and nourished.
Our signature monthly specialty class is dedicated to yoga, meditation and community. A chance to practice in a group, be guided through a meditation that will offer a monthly focus and infuse a bit of yoga philosophy to consider and live by. Class is suitable for those with some yoga experience. It is a vinyasa flow class so the ability to get up and down off the ground and move from pose to pose is needed.
